Jurisprudence-Open Access Journals

Jurisprudence, Science or the philosophy of law. Jurisprudence can be divided into three branches: analytical, social and theoretical. The analytical branch specifies axioms, defines terms, and describes the mechanisms that best allow one to view the legal order as a consistent, rational system. The social branch analyses the actual effects of legislation within the community and the influence of public affairs on the applicable legal frameworks and procedures. The Open Access Journals was established with the aim of building a credible platform and providing unrestricted access to scientific publications to rapidly disseminate the latest updates to various fields of science and technology.
