Non Communicable Diseases (NCDs) contributes practically 50% of the all reason mortality in India [1]. NCDs in the World. Like present day medication the Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM), Ayurveda is basically worried about the body. Ayurveda is an information or study of life in the importance itself. It is referenced that there are three columns for sound and long life are legitimate eating regimen (ahar), appropriate exercises (vihar) and divine way of life and control of sexuality (brahmacharya). In this way, its conventional all encompassing methodology and standards have potential in decrease of NCDs chance components in the network.
