Paper chromatography is one of the methods used to test the purity of the compounds, and it is also used to identify the substances. Paper chromatography is one of the popular techniques that only includes limited amounts of materials for testing purposes. Scholarly peer review is the method of subjecting the scholarly work, thesis, or ideas of an author to the examination of those who are experts in the same field before a paper is published in a journal discussing this work. Work may be accepted, deemed acceptable with revisions or dismissed. Peer review includes a group of experts who are competent and willing to carry out fairly unbiased analysis of a given (narrowly defined) area. Publications which have not been peer reviewed by academic researchers and experts are likely to be looked upon with distrust. Academic peer review is the method by which the academic work, study or proposals of the author are subject to the examination of those who are experts in the same field before a paper is published in a journal discussing this work.
