Affinity Chromatography Top Open Access Journals

 Affinity chromatography is a technique used to isolate a biochemical mixture based on an extremely specific interaction between antigen and antibody, enzyme and substrate, receptor and ligand, or protein and nucleic acid. In particular, this technique is known as the most specific and effective method of purification of proteins. Biomolecule separation relies on highly complex biological interactions between two molecules, such as the enzyme and the substrate. This is a type of chromatographic laboratory technique used by manipulating molecular properties to purify biological molecules inside a mixture, e.g. protein can be elucidated by ligand solution. Biological macromolecules, such as enzymes and other proteins, interact through various forms of bonding and interaction with other high-specific molecules.
