Advances In DNA Sequencing

Recent advances in DNA sequencing technology have led to more efficient methods for detecting DNA sequences. The DNA sequence was born in 1977 when Sanger et al proposed a mechanism for the termination of the chains and Maxam and Gilbert proposed their method in one year. Sanger's method has proven to be very interesting in the two. Since the birth of DNA sequencing, efficient DNA sequencing technology has been developed, as Sanger's method was difficult, time-consuming, and expensive; Hood et al proposed an automated sequence involving dye layers. Due to the lack of available viral load prior to 1995, sequencing of the entire virus was considered available.
