Theoretical Chemistry Impact Factor

Theoretical Chemistry is integrated scientific research with theoretical generalizations that are part of the theoretical arsenal of modern chemistry, example: the concepts of chemical bonding, chemical reaction, valence, the surface of potential energy, molecular orbitals, orbital interactions, molecule activation, etc. The impact factor of the journal provides a quantitative assessment tool for grading, evaluating, sorting, and comparing journals of an identical kind. It reflects the typical number of citations to recent articles published in science and science journals during a particular year or period and is usually used as a proxy for the relative importance of a journal within its field. it's first devised by Eugene Garfield, the founding father of the Institute for Scientific Information. The impact factor of a journal is evaluated by dividing the number of current year citations to the source items published therein journal during the previous two years.
