Next Generation Sequencing Journals

Next generation sequencing (NGS), enormously equal or profound sequencing are connected terms that depict a DNA sequencing innovation which has reformed genomic research. Utilizing NGS a whole human genome can be sequenced inside a solitary day. Interestingly, the past Sanger sequencing innovation, used to translate the human genome, required longer than 10 years to convey the last draft. Despite the fact that in genome research NGS has generally supplanted traditional Sanger sequencing, it has not yet converted into routine clinical practice. The point of this article is to audit the expected uses of NGS in paediatrics.
