(3a-31) ;2-(4'-chlorophenyl)-6-methyl-(3テδッテや堙つ「テδッテや堙つ「-aryl-4テδッテや堙つ「テδッテや堙つ「,5テδッテや堙つ「テδッテや堙つ「- dihydro-1テδッテや堙つ「テδッテや堙つ「-Hpyrazol-5テδッテや堙つ「テδッテや堙つ「-yl)imidazo[1,2a]pyridine(4a-41);2-(4'-chlorophenyl) -6-methyl-3-(3テδッテや堙つ「テδッテや堙つ「-arylisoxazole-5テδッテや堙つ「テδッテや堙つ「-yl)-imidazo [1,2-a]pyridine(5a-5l) have been synthesized. The products have been assayed for their biological activity againstGram+ve,Gramテ窶堙や砺e bacteria and fungi. Some of the products showed moderate activity in concentration 50テδッテつテつュg. The structures of the products have been elucidated by IR, 1H NMR,Mass spectral data, elemental analysis and thin layer chromatography.
