Author(s): Dinesh Kumar, R.N.Singh, Sunil Kumar

In this present work, we have taken a ten Aroyl-Pyrrolyl-Hydroxy-Amide derivatives and developed QSAR models with the help of Quantumchemical descriptors. The values of quantum chemical descriptors are directly obtained by CAChe software. The first set containsPyrrole derivatives & the correlation coefficient of this set is above 0.81.
