Rheumatic Fever

 Rheumatic fever (acute rheumatic fever) may be a disease which will affect the guts , joints, brain, and skin. Rheumatic fever can develop if streptococcal sore throat and scarlatina infections aren't treated properly. Early diagnosis of those infections and treatment with antibiotics are key to preventing infectious disease . Rheumatic fever can occur after a streptococcal sore throat from a bacteria called A streptococcus. The link between strep infection and infectious disease isn't clear, but it appears that the bacteria trick the system . The strep bacteria contain a protein almost like one found in certain tissues of the body Rheumatic fever may be a serious disease caused by untreated streptococcal sore throat or scarlatina . It can affect the guts , joints, systema nervosum , and skin. The most serious complication, rheumatic heart condition , can cause heart inflammation and scarring of the valves
