Abstract
Structural Elucidation Of Lanthanide(III) Nitrates Complexes With Azomethins
Author(s): R.V.Singh,Ritu Singh, Monika SwamiSynthesis and characterization of some lanthanide(III) complexes of azomethines have been reported. The ligands are bibasic tetradentate azomethines having O∩N∩N∩O donor system. The resulting complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, molecular weight determinations and conductivity measurements. Based on the these studies and the spectral studies including IR and X-ray powder diffraction spectra the probable structures of the complexes have been proposed.
