International Hydrology Journals

Hydrology is the science that incorporates the event, appropriation, development and properties of the waters of the earth and their relationship with the earth inside each period of the hydrologic cycle. The water cycle, or hydrologic cycle, is a persistent procedure by which water is decontaminated by dissipation and moved from the world's surface (counting the seas) to the climate and back to the land and seas. The entirety of the physical, substance and organic procedures including water as it ventures its different ways in the climate, over and underneath the world's surface and through developing plants, are important to the individuals who study the hydrologic cycle. Though the average annual precipitation in Japan is comparatively high on a global basis, precipitation varies significantly across both time and space. In addition, a steep terrain with short rivers and narrow watersheds result in a quick runoff to the sea. The fact that this precipitation cannot be used effectively as water resources is a major distinguishing characteristic.
