Eating Disorders Online Journals

 As per available reports about 1138 journals, 98 Conferences, 26 workshops are presently dedicated exclusively to Eating Disorder and about 12236 articles are being published on the current trends in Eating Disorder. In terms of research annually, USA, India, Japan, Brazil and Canada are some of the leading countries where maximum studies related to Eating Disorder are being carried out. Eating disorders are conditions defined by abnormal eating habits that may involve either insufficient or excessive food intake to the detriment of an individual's physical and mental health. Bulimia nervosa and anorexia nervosa are the most common specific forms of eating disorders.Other types of eating disorders include binge eating disorder and OSFED. Bulimia nervosa is a disorder characterized by binge eating and purging. Purging can include self-induced vomiting, over-exercising, and the usage of diuretics, enemas, and laxatives.
