Forensic Maxillofacial Radiology Journals

Forensic maxillofacial radiology is a technical area of medical imaging utilizing radiological techniques to assist physicians and pathologists in matters relate to the law. The importance of maxillofacial radiographic techniques in clinical forensic medicine is internationally recognized. The multidisciplinary nature of forensic science involves a team approach that includes forensic radiology and forensic odontology and an awareness of the role of the dentist in our criminal justice system. Forensic maxillofacial radiology encompasses the performance, interpretation, and reporting of radiological examinations and procedures connected to the law. Expertise of the maxillofacial radiologist indicate crucial role in forensic consultations and medico legal investigations. Use of radiographs in routine and mass disaster identification has been in effect, & its application in neuron identification is efficient, swift, and relatively easy. A journal is a monthly publication intended to further progress of science, usually by reporting new research. Most journals are highly specialized, although some of the oldest journals publish articles, reviews, editorials, short communications, letters, and scientific papers. Journals contain articles, research papers that peer reviewed, in an attempt to ensure that articles should meet the journal's standards of quality and scientific validation
