Effect of modification structure by adding different alloying elements to tin-based lead free solder alloys on physical and soldering properties have been reported. Matrix structure such as lattice parameters, crystal size and lattice strain of tin based alloys changed after adding different ratio from alloying elements. Solder properties of tin based alloys improved after adding alloying elements. Electrochemical parameters and mechanical properties of tin based alloys changed after adding alloying elements. Almost all properties of tin based alloys improved after adding alloying elements to use for different industrial applications.
