Unani Medicine

"Unani" or "Yunani drugs" is that the term for Perso-Arabic ancient medication as practiced in Mughal Asian country and in Muslim culture in South Asia and contemporary Central Asia The term Yunani suggests that "Greek" because the Perso-Arabic system of medication was supported the teachings of the Greek physicians Hippocrates and anatomist. The Hellenic origin of Unani drugs remains visible in its being supported the classical four humours: phlegm (balgham), blood (dam), humour (ṣafrā) and humour (saudā'), however it's conjointly been influenced by Indian and ancient Chinese systems. The Supreme Court of Asian country and Indian Medical Association regard unqualified practitioners of Unani, piece of writing and Siddha medicine as quackery. Practitioners of other drugs, together with those active Unani drugs, are not approved to observe drugs in Asian country unless trained at a certified health center, registered with the govt, and listed as physicians annually in The Gazette of Asian country.
