Snoring

 Snoring is the rough and husky sound that occurs when air flows past relaxed tissues in our throat, causing the tissues to vibrate as we breathe. Nearly everyone snores now and then, but for some people snoring is a chronic problem. Sometimes snoring also indicates a serious health condition. In addition, snoring can be annoyance to your partner. Lifestyle changes, such as losing weight, avoiding drinking alcohol close to bedtime or sleeping on your side, can help stop snoring. Now medical devices and surgery are available that may reduce disruptive snoring. However, these aren't suitable or necessary for everyone who snores. Snoring caused by a number of factors, like anatomy of your mouth and sinuses, alcohol intake, allergies, a cold, and your weight loss or gain.
