Oryza Sativa

Oryza sativa L. seeds of the Poaceae family, generally known as Asian rice or basically rice, could be considered as one of the most significant grains since it is devoured by the half of the world population.Oryza sativa contains two significant subspecies: the clingy, short-grained japonica or sinica assortment, and the nonsticky, since quite a while ago grained indica rice assortment.
