Obstructive Sleep Apnoea

 Obstructive sleep apnoea is a common disorder characterized by repetitive episodes of nocturnal breathing cessation due to upper airway collapse. This kind of apnoea happens when your throat muscles irregularly relax and block your airway during sleep. Disruptive sleep apnea is a possibly thoughtful sleep disorder. One treatment includes using a device that uses positive pressure to keep your airway open while you sleep. Obstructive sleep apnoea is when something blocks part or your entire upper airway while you sleep. The condition can also lower the flow of oxygen to your organs and cause uneven heart rhythms. You wake up for a moment to reopen your airway, but you probably won’t remember doing it. This might happen dozens of times each hour
