Biodiesel

Biodiesel may be a sort of diesel oil derived from plants or animals and consisting of long-chain carboxylic acid esters. it's typically made by chemically reacting lipids like fat (tallow), soyabean oil , or another oil with an alcohol, producing a methyl, ethyl or propyl ester. made up of an increasingly diverse mixture of resources like recycled vegetable oil , soyabean oil and animal fats, biodiesel may be a renewable, clean-burning diesel replacement which will be utilized in existing diesel engines without modification. it's the nation’s first domestically produced, commercially available advanced biofuel. Biodiesel is formed through a chemical change called transesterification whereby the glycerin is separated from the fat or oil .
