Ankle-Brachial Index Journals

A simple , non-invasive way to check for peripheral artery disease ( PAD) is the Ankle-brachial index test. The disease occurs when your limbs are reduced by narrowed arteries. When walking, PAD can cause leg pain, which raises the risk of heart attack which stroke. The ankle-brachial index test compares the measured blood pressure at your ankle with the measured blood pressure at your arm. A low ankle-brachial index number can indicate that the arteries in your legs are narrowed or blocked. A review article is an essay that sums up a topic's existing state of understanding. Instead of disclosing new data or research, a review article surveys and summarizes previously published studies. Review papers are often often called survey posts, or summary papers in news reporting. Journal article is sometimes referred to as a Scientific Article, a Peer-Reviewed Article, or a Scholarly Research Article.
