Superconductivity in high-TC cuprates using infinite U extended Hubbard model

In the present investigation the expressions of the superconducting order parameter and carrierdensityusingextendedHubbardmodelunderU  limitwithin the framework ofHubbard projection operator andortho-fermions formalismhavebeenderived. The present study shows that the next-nearest-neighbor hoppingand inter-site interaction playan important role in the superconducting state of high-Tc cuprates in which, there exists strong electronic correlations and virtuallyUlimit is justified.
