Systems Biology Scientific Journals

Systems biology that features the properties and research of emergent properties in complex biological systems. one of the most objectives and aims of biological systems is to relate the structure and dynamics of biological systems with their physiology and phenotypic traits through an approach that integrates theoretical models, computational analysis, and empirical data. Such analyses are often conducted at any scale of biological organization, starting from single cells to ecological systems. In Systems Biology we can understand the behavior and evolution of complex biological systems that needn't necessarily be supported an in-depth biological description of the interactions between the systems and its parts. Systems Biology is an open-access journal publishing original peer-reviewed research articles in experimental and theoretical aspects of the function of biological systems at the molecular, cellular or organismal level, especially, those addressing the engineering of biological systems, network modeling, quantitative analyses, integration of various levels of data and artificial biology. It involves the mapping of pathways, gene and protein interactions, and logical ‘circuitry’ of natural organisms at the cellular, tissue, and whole-organism level and therefore the integration of this information into a computer model. Its primary goal is to achieve a quantitative and predictive understanding of a biological system.
