Situs Inversus Totalis

The sciatic nerve, additionally called the ischiadic or ischiadic nerve, is an enormous nerve in people and other vertebrate animals which is the biggest part of the sacral plexus and runs nearby the hip joint and down the lower appendage. It is the longest and broadest single nerve in the human body, going from the highest point of the leg to the foot on the back aspect. The sciatic nerve has no cutaneous branches for the thigh. This nerve gives the association with the sensory system for the skin of the parallel leg and the entire foot, the muscles of the rear of the thigh, and those of the leg and foot.
