Peptidomics

Peptidomics journal aims to publish the study and research of soluble native peptides and tiny proteins found in body fluids, primarily plasm and CSF. Invaluable data are often gleaned from the activity of these varied soluble polypeptides, several of these area unit communication molecules like cytokines, growth factors, and amide hormones. there's a cluster of other smal macromolecule and amide fragments of substance, several with unknown operation and many of ensuing from disease-specific chemical process cleavage of other current proteins or cell surface-associated proteins. These soluble fragments will supply good data to concerning illness state, or toxicity, drug efficaciousness, and since the peptidomics methodology removes 99% of hyper-abundant proteins before analyzing its matchless sensitivity in biomarker discovery.
