Oncogenesis is the complex, multi-step process by which typical cells transform into dangerous cells, prompting disease development in the body. It involves genetic changes in a group of cells that causes them to grow and behave abnormally. It is a procedure by which malignant growth cells are changed by typical cells and is described by a movement of changes at hereditary and epigenetic level. Carcinogenesis is brought about by change of the hereditary material of typical cells lastly brings about uncontrolled cell division which prompts generous tumors. These tumors don't spread to different pieces of the body and they are once in a while dangerous.
