Low Back Pain

 Low back pain is caused by injury to a muscle and pain is a universal human experience it will be almost same to everyone in some point. The lower back, which starts below the ribcage, is named the lumbar region. Often, the sole symptom is pain within the lower back. Common causes include improper lifting, poor posture, lack of regular exercise, a fracture, a ruptured disc or arthritis. Often, the only symptom is pain in the lower back. Most low back pain goes away on its own in two to four weeks. Physiotherapy and pain relievers can help. A few cases may require surgery. Physiotherapy and pain relievers and also need to maintain the correct posture during activities. The low back is that the area behind the belly from the skeletal structure to the pelvis and is additionally called the lumbar region. Back pain may be a major explanation for missed work. Low back pain usually resolves on its own and is usually the results of a strain injury.
