A genetic condition when a male is born with an extra copy of the X chromosome Klinefelter's disease is not inherited, but rather occurs only as a result of a random genetic error after pregnancy. Men who are born with Klinefelter's disease may have low testosterone and reduce muscle mass, facial hair and hair loss.
