Hypogonadism

 The causes of primary hypogonadism include: autoimmune disorders, like Addison's disease and hypoparathyroidism. genetic disorders, like Turner syndrome and Klinefelter's syndrome . severe infections, especially mumps involving your testicles. Male hypogonadism, also referred to as testosterone deficiency, may be a failure of the testes to supply the male steroid hormone testosterone, sperm, or both. It are often thanks to a testicular disorder or the results of a disease process involving the hypothalamus and pituitary . Hormone Replacement Therapy. In most cases, hypogonadism are often treated effectively with HRT. This treatment consists of taking medications containing the hormone that your body is lacking, like testosterone, estrogen and progesterone, or pituitary hormones to exchange those that the body no longer produces.
