 Hypochondriasis or hypochondria may be a condition during which an individual is excessively and unduly worried about having a significant illness. An old concept, the meaning of hypochondria has repeatedly changed it's been claimed that this debilitating condition results from an inaccurate perception of the condition of body or mind despite the absence of an actual diagnosis . a private with hypochondriasis is understood as a hypochondriac. Hypochondriacs become unduly alarmed about any physical or psychological symptoms they detect, regardless of how minor the symptom could also be , and are convinced that they or others have, or are close to be diagnosed with, a significant illness
