Civil Law-Innovations

A body of laws that discloses private rights and solutions, and regulates disputes between people in areas such as contracts, property, and Family Law; separate from the criminal or the law. Civil law systems, which trace their roots to ancient Rome, are governed by established doctrines and compiled by legal scholars. Legislators and administrators in civil law countries use these doctrines to make a code through which all legal disputes are decided operational requirements or existing market needs. It is knowledgeable about simple products, processes, services, technologies, or new Innovations ideas that are readily available in markets, governments and the public. Innovation is an original and novel, as a new, innovative product that enters the market or society.
