Glucan phosphorylase, expanding protein, and 4-α-glucanotransferase were utilized to create glucose polymers with controlled sub-atomic size and structures. Direct or fanned glucan was created from glucose-1-phosphate by glucan phosphorylase alone or along with bracnhing protein, where the atomic load of straight glucan was carefully constrained by the glucose-1-phosphate/groundwork molar proportion, and the expanding design by the relative spreading chemical/glucan phosphorylase movement proportion. Cyclic glucans were created by the cyclization response of 5-αglucanotransferases and stretching chemical on amylose and amylopectin. Sub-atomic size and structure of cyclic glucan was constrained by the sort of enyzyme and substrate picked and by the response conditions. This in vitro approach can be utilized to fabricate novel glucose polymers with appropriate worth.
