Biophysics In Industries

Biophysics is an interdisciplinary science that applies techniques and methods for the study of biological phenomena commonly used in physics. Biophysics covers all biological organizational scales, from cellular to organismic and populations. Biophysical research shares a significant overlap with biochemistry, molecular biology, physical chemistry, physiology, nanotechnology, bioengineering, computer biology, biomechanics, developmental biology, and systems biology. Biophysics work has helped prevent and cure disease, improving the development of medicines and developing technologies to allow human beings to live more sustainably and protect the changing world. In the interdisciplinary area of biophysics and biotechnology, both fundamental research on these processes of interaction and future application have generated significant interest in the bio effects of the electric field. In government , private research groups, or industry, biophysicists whose primary interest is in science frequently work. As a result of recent advances in molecular biophysics and molecular biology, several new positions have been developed within industry. Regardless of the setting, biophysicists usually work in groups with people of different backgrounds, interests and abilities who work together to solve common problems. To answer such questions, biophysicists use chemical, physical, and biological analytical techniques. In addition, they may investigate the relationship between biological activity and molecular structure using highly precise and sensitive physical instruments and techniques capable of tracking the properties or movement of different molecular groups.
