Amyloidosis

 An abnormal protein called amyloid builds up in your tissues and organs then it is known as amyloidosis and when it does, it affects their shape and how they work. Amyloidosis may be a serious ill health which will cause life-threatening organ failure and sometimes it is caused by changes in proteins that make them insoluble, leading them to deposit in organs and tissues. These amyloid proteins accumulate mainly within the tissue space between cells. Changes in proteins that make them amyloid proteins occur due to gene mutations in DNA within cells and if it is caused by a buildup of amyloid in your organs and this sort wont to be called primary amyloidosis. Autoimmune (AA) amyloidosis: you'll get this sort after an infection like tuberculosis, or a disease that causes inflammation like atrophic arthritis or inflammatory bowel disease.
