Author(s): Amardeep Singh, Sahil Londhe, Achint Kumar, Hridhay, Rajat Chandra, Sourav Karmakar*Space exploration presents numerous challenges to human physiology, including muscle atrophy, bone density loss, and cardiovascular deconditioning. To address these issues, exoskeleton suits have emerged as a potential solution to support astronauts during Extravehicular Activities (EVAs) and extended space missions. This paper explores the design considerations and material research involved in developing exoskeleton suits for space exploration, aiming to enhance astronaut safety, mobility, and overall well being. Various methodologies and technologies are investigated, highlighting advancements in materials science, biomechanics, and human factors engineering. By analyzing existing research and ongoing developments, this paper aims to provide insights i nto the potential of exoskeletons to mitigate the adverse effects of s pace travel on astronaut health
