A simple and efficient method for three-component coupling of aldehyde, amine and alkyne via C-H activation

An efficient three-component condensation has been carried out to afford the propargylamines.All the reactionswere promoted by a catalyst copper acetylacetonate at toluene reflux and completedwithin 2.5 to 4.5 hours. Thismethod has proved to be applicable towide range of substrates such as aromatic and aliphatic systems.
