Radioautography
Radioautography (RAG) is a technique that is designed to show the pattern of the positioning of miscellaneous compounds which are labelled with radioactive isotopes (RI) in specimens. RI-labeled compounds and the
history chemical techniques are employed by RAG. Besides, the histochemical techniques deal with tissue sections via coating sections including RI-labeled precursors with photographic emulsions and disposing exposure. RAG, both the insoluble compounds tied to the
macromolecules and the soluble compounds propagating in the
cells and tissues can be demonstrated. Radio autography used in biological and in medical research which can be classified into three categories. Radiolabeled ligand to outline the tissue deliveries of receptors is termed either in vivo or in vitro receptor autoradiography the ligand is ordered into the transmission applied to the tissue sections.
