Phylogenetics-new-findings

New findings in phylogenetics are the science that studies the behavior of individuals, households, and organizations when managing or utilizing scarce resources with alternative uses to attain desired ends. Agents are assumed to act rationally, to have multiple desirable ends in sight, to have limited resources to achieve these ends, to have a set of stable preferences, to have a clear overall guiding objective, and to be able to make a choice. When a decision is taken by one or more resource managing players to obtain the best possible outcome under restricted reasonable circumstances, a scientific issue arises, subject to scientific analysis. In other words, resource-control agents optimize value according to the constraints imposed by the knowledge the agents have, their cognitive limits, and the limited amount of time they have to make a decision and execute. New phylogenetic methods were developed with the explicit aim of linking genes and even specific mutations to the differences between species. Applications of these methods show great promise to discover new sources of functional variability and tackle features beyond the scope of conventional approaches to genetics. Nevertheless, it will take new methods and strategies to fully draw on the potential of clade-scale genomic datasets.
