Medical Malpractice-Peer-review Journals

Since the 1970s, medical malpractice has been a public issue. Doctors have complained of a large number of cases involving misconduct and lobbied for legislative changes to reduce the maximum damages award, while advocates for abuse officials say that neglected suits are an effective way to find victims of negligence and to act as a medical officer. Peer review refers to the work done during the examination of manuscripts and funding requests. This process encourages authors to meet acceptable standards for their behaviour and reduces the distribution of inappropriate findings, unwanted requests, unacceptable interpretations, and personal opinions. Publications that have not been made for peer review are likely to be considered suspicious by students and education professionals.
