Jurisprudence-Scholarly Peer-review Journal

Jurisprudence, Science or the philosophy of law. Jurisprudence can be divided into three branches: analytical, social and theoretical. The analytical branch specifies axioms, defines terms, and describes the mechanisms that best allow one to view the legal order as a consistent, rational system. The social branch analyses the actual effects of legislation within the community and the influence of public affairs on the applicable legal frameworks and procedures. Scholarly journals often read reviews or references. An article that has been reviewed or peer-reviewed has gone through a process where some scholars in the author's field either seriously undermined the article's content.
