Impact-factor In Phylogenitics

Phylogenetics is part of a system that addresses the inferences of the evolutionary background and the relationship between or within species groups. Our primary research objective at the moment is to encourage and assist the development of better and faster phylogenetics measures. In cases where we believe that we can make a direct contribution, rather than stressing the work of others, we are producing our own research activity measures. The work is of particular interest to institutions, organisations and individuals in the financial sector and to large companies with global operations, as well as to governments and academic researchers. High impact articles in their respective fields are known to be extremely influential. Article impact factor provides a method of quantitative evaluation for rating, analyzing, sorting and comparing relevant articles. It reflects the average number of citations to recent papers published in scientific and social science journals within a given year or period, and is often used as a measure of the relative importance of a journal in its field. Editorial policies can be introduced by a publication to maximize its impact factor. For example, journals can publish a greater percentage of review articles which are commonly quoted more than research papers. Consequently, the review articles that increase the impact factor of the journal, and thus the review journals will often have the highest impact factors in their respective fields.
