 Chronic liver disease mentions to disease of the liver which lasts over a period of six months consists of a wide series of liver pathologies which contain inflammation that other diseases can comprise the liver and origin hepatomegaly but would not be measured part of the spectrum of chronic liver disease The liver is your body’s largest internal organ Cirrhosis is when wound tissue replaces healthy liver tissue. This stops the liver from working normally. Chronic liver disease is discernible by the on-going destruction of liver tissue over time.
