Besides, they die by trying to interrupt an unwanted pregnancy, without having access to appropriate services. The objective of this study is to determine the profile of women aborted and to propose preventive remedies to complications and maternal death. The study concerns a not composite population of 509 women. They have aborted during the year 2007, at the Souissi maternity hospital of Rabat Morocco.
