It is a psychological illness categorized by occurrences of an elevated mood known as mania, an individual who suffers with mania feels unusually cheerful, enthusiastic, violent or emotional, yet frequently makes poor choices because of impractical ideas. We all have our good and bad times, but this bipolar disorder, creates a very serious problem.
