Primary Thyroid Tuberculosis

Primary thyroid tuberculosis (TT) is a particularly rare condition, even in countries where tuberculosis is endemic, which is perhaps explained by a high resistance of the thyroid to infectious processes. But, tuberculosis of the thyroid occurs only rarely. Since extra-pneumonic tuberculosis is currently observed generally more much of the time, the presence of this condition ought to be perceived when goiters are being dealt with. We present an instance of right thyroid knob related with poor quality fever and weight reduction. No signs and side effects of hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism were available.
