Microdissection Testicular Sperm Extraction

 Microdissection Testicular Sperm Extraction (micro-TESE) is a known surgical method of surgical Sperm Retrieval (SR) for men with Non-Obstructive Azoospermia (NOA) seeking fertility. Though they have highly dysfunctional testis often suggestive of testicular failure, rare foci of sperm production may exist in up to 60% of these individuals.
