The CYP superfamily is the biggest gathering of proteins associated with xenobiotic digestion. They complete oxidative, peroxidative, and reductive biotransformation of xenobiotics and endogenous mixes. These proteins are found in the endoplasmic reticulum of hepatocytes and mucosal cells of the gastrointestinal tract. This superfamily is ordinarily separated into families and subfamilies dependent on nucleotide succession homology [22,23]. There is a serious extent of substrate explicitness among the different families. CYP having a place with families 1, 2, and 3 are mainly engaged with xenobiotic digestion, while others assume a significant job in the digestion of endogenous mixes, for example, hormones, bile acids, and unsaturated fats
