Regulatory Affairs Innovations

 Regulatory agencies around the world are gradually following up with new technological advances and problems in the supply chain, evolving customer preferences and new types of food products on the market. As a result, we have witnessed many regulatory changes worldwide with more stringent requirements and increased enforcement around food safety and claims. The function of regulatory affairs in the nutrition industry is no longer confined to the role of compliance only and is becoming more critical to the growth and success of companies. Early partnership with regulatory affairs is a key component for ensuring that innovation will yield a return on investment. In the industry, insufficient regulatory expertise and lack of awareness of the need to involve regulatory experts early in the process of design and development persists, resulting in missed opportunities, expensive delays and wasted resources. Documented analysis of a chosen real-life scenario or fictional state of affairs, used as a coaching tool in corporate and business schools. Students or trainees square measure required to investigate the prescribed cases and give their interpretations or solutions, supported by the reasoning route used and created assumptions. A case study life sciences may be a descriptive, wildcat, or instructive analysis of someone, cluster, or event. An instructive case study is used to investigate the facts so as to search for the underlying principles.
