Proteomic Analysis

Proteomic analysis refers to the systematic identification and quantification of the complete complement of proteins of a biological system such as cell, tissue, organ, biological fluid, or organism. It involves the systematic separation, identification and characterisation of proteins present during a biological sample. Albeit both mRNA and proteomic profiling are regularly applied to tissue tests, investigation of body liquids. The proteome is the whole arrangement of proteins that is, or can be, communicated by a genome, cell, tissue, or creature at a specific time.  It is the set of expressed proteins during a given sort of cell or organism, at a given time, under defined conditions. Proteomics is the study of the proteome.
