Pistacia integerrima Stewart in historically used as people remedy for various pathological conditions together with diabetes. In order to become aware of the bio lively compound chargeable for its people use in diabetes, a phytochemical and organic observe became conducted. Pistagremic acid (PA) become remote from the dried galls extract of P. Integerrima. Strong α-glucosidase inhibitory capability of PA became expected the usage of its molecular docking simulations towards yeast α-glucosidase as a therapeutic target. Significant experimental α-glucosidase inhibitory activity of PA showed the computational predictions. Pistagremic acid (PA) is a bio active tri-terpene remotes in bulk quantity from the galls of Pistacia integerrima. PA has been documented for a broad range of in vitro and in vivo biological properties. This letter documented the organic capacity of PA, which directed the researcher to re-isolate this compound and more advantageous their organic potential.
